We've added a few low cost classes for individuals interested in participating but do not want to join the fitness center.
We think you will enjoy the new classes - there is something for everyone!
Turbo Fire: Turbo Kick® is the hottest kickboxing class around that produces astounding results! This format will have you kicking, punching and grooving away hundreds of calories in an action-packed, super fun, safe and effective cardiovascular workout.
This addictive workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere where losing weight is the side effect of having FUN! Turbo Kick® is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their workouts.
6-Week Boot Camp: An intense, motivating group class that combines strength training and power conditioning. Use of dumbbells, barbells, Resist-A-Balls, Steps, BOSU balls and other equipment will improve both strength and endurance. Intermediate to advanced. (no gym membership required)
Cost: $55 for non-gym members - Sign up with a friend $95 (2 people)
$30 for gym members- Sign up with a friend $50 (2 people)
Senior Functional Fitness: Designed for the Senior Population this class will help increase your mobility and improve your daily functional movements. Use of Resist-A-Balls, chairs, small hand weights and body weight exercises.
Cost: $30 for 8 classes – a punch card will be used to keep track of classes used.

Zumba: This is a cardio Latin Dance class that uses a mix of Latin and international music to create a dynamic, fun, and effective workout. The class is designed to utilize an interval training format that combines various rhythms and movements to help sculpt the body. You don’t have to know how to dance to do Zumba and it’s for all people, all ages, all backgrounds, and all fitness levels. Come join the party!
Yoga Basics: Yoga is a physical exercise regime that uses different poses (“asanas”) to strengthen, stretch, open and cleanse the body. Learn breathing techniques and practice basic poses in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. Beginner to intermediate level.
